Your Sensitive Stories
The Sensitive Stories podcast explores different themes that matter to highly sensitive people such as making space for big emotions, healing burnout, and unlearning perfectionism. While hearing from experts is helpful in building our toolboxes and gaining insight, it’s also important to build connection through our shared stories.
Your sensitive story is important!
Your story can help other HSPs feel more seen and understood. Each month, we’ll collect personal stories from listeners on different topics and combine them into themed episodes to highlight our collective experiences.
